Ready to take charge of your non-executive career?
ANEW supports accomplished women in building successful non-executive and portfolio careers through two key offerings:
Overseas entities operating Australian companies need Australian Resident Directors to meet regulatory requirements. Hence, we connect qualified local Non-Executive Directors with overseas entities operating in Australia who need Australian Resident Directors.
These positions can be difficult to access without the right networks. However, ANEW can bridge that gap by helping experienced governance professionals find opportunities and assist foreign-owned companies in securing trusted, compliant local representation.
ANEW teaches the social and strategic game of landing board roles.
We help women hone their networking skills and facilitate introductions and access to the hidden board roles market thus empowering them to succeed on their own terms.
ANEW empowers qualified Non-Executive Directors to advance their careers and for organisations to reap the benefits of diverse, balanced governance.
